WELCOME!!! and thank you for visiting my web page.  I would like to briefly share a little about myself, my company, and my goals.

I grew up and spent most of my life in Portland, Oregon.  I graduated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California, and then returned to the liquid sunshine of Portland.  I relocated from Oregon to the Tri-Cities in October of 2005 and have loved it here ever since.  I have a beautiful wife and four beautiful children.  In my spare time (yeah, right) you can find me at the golf course, on the river, or mowing my lawn.

Striving to be the best for you, I challenged myelf by becoming CMPS® certified.  Less than 2 percent of all loan officers, mortgage bankers and brokers nationwide hold this designation.  Recognized for its preeminence within the industry, the CMPS curriculum represents the core knowledge expected of residential mortgage advisors, regardless of the diversity of specializations within the industry.  CMPS curriculum incorporates the five essential skill sets related to integrating a client's mortgage, debt and equity strategy into their overall financial plan:

     — Financial Market and Interest Rate Analysis

     — Cash Flow & Debt Analysis

     — Real Estate Investment Planning

     — Mortgage & Real Estate Taxation

     — Ethics and Compliance

The CMPS curriculum is approved nationwide for continuing education credit for Certified Financial Planners and Certified Public Accountants.

I rely on my God-given nature of wanting to help others to meet my own needs as well, and I enjoy the success that comes from hard work.  My focus of providing a sense of "value-added" customer service based on honesty, integrity and reliability, has been the biggest contributor to that success.  The purpose behind what I do is to provide all clients the sense of satisfaction that they not only received the right loan suited to fit their specific current and future needs, but also the education to know for sure!
